| Comment | A potential fix for you, that I have implemented in the past, and I am doing now in my new flat. Buy ‘CCTV in area’ and ‘no fly-tipping’ waterproof signs from Amazon and stick them up. Folk will be less likely to do it if they think they are being watched and may be fined. Some folk just don’t give a shit of course. You can also ask the council to deliver letters to your neighbours reminding them that what they are doing is illegal and they could be fined. I just got a letter like that through the door as fly-tipping at the back of our flats is pretty bad right now. |
