| Comment | Agreed, contact the health visitor. It's been a lot harder for them over the lockdown to keep up with their checks but _also_ means that everyone has sort of lost track of what visits they're meant to be having. It means he can talk to the health visitor and they can say "oh this is the 40 month check up" and everyone will just kinda shrug and go ok and let it happen. As she's staying with family though, like he said it will appear a safe environment, but they can certainly question the mother re her drinking and mental health and maybe get a sense of what's going on from that. |
