It's currently closed because of Covid restrictions but your friend would like 23 Enigma at 258 High Street - occult/witchy shop. I don't think they have a website or do e-commerce so they're kinda old school.
Also, I bought some really nice stuff from a Scottish witch on Etsy - smudging bundles made with locally sourced, compassionately picked plants/herbs, crystals from local lakes etc. I don't know if it's allowed to link to Etsy sellers here so if you want the details, shoot me a PM.
The "Witch Hunt" podcast from Radio Scotland might also interest her.
