I don’t know anyone who has had this experience with a landlord. Perhaps they exist but they’re a mythical creature as far as I can see. I’ve rented 10 different places and I’m in my early 30s. Every single place had ridiculous issues. I would be happy to list these issues for you if you’d like.
I think it’s been summed up really well by others here. I’d love to see the fantasy scenario you present. It doesn’t exist except perhaps in incredibly rare cases. The current system is exploitative and needs radical changes. |
