To be fair i sympathise with her.
But I live in a tenement and have to wipe the bathroom walls and ceiling down with a flat floor mop and some cilit bang every couple of months to keep on top of black mold.
Partially my own fault for taking far too hot showers. But it is to be expected in a bathroom with high ceilings and nae extractor. I’m willing to bet if she bought a bottle of mold spray the worst of that would come off. Paint would probably be stained by this point but there would be no active mold left.
And to be honest the space issues she is complaining about is the virtue of a small flat for 350 quid in the west end.
The mice and holes in the walls are unacceptable though.
I’d still take it over paying 750 quid for a marginally bigger flat in the west end though. |
