| Comment | I'm not clued up it, but it doesn't strike me as false or misleading advertising. The product the customer gets is what was displayed to them. False adverts are more about the product than who does the selling.
I think a similar enough analogy here would be pen names and stage names. It's not fraud or false advertising to use different names, but selling someone a product that turns out wildly different to how it was advertised is. |
