Of course you get fuck all in the west end for that price. Like duh. You go for the best property you can afford in the best area for your needs. She wants parks and subway links? Guess what, Govan has those. Why wouldn't she consider properties there?
I understand withholding her rent for wanting basic repairs to make the place habitable. The holes are absolutely unacceptable and it's outrageous they didn't repair them in the first place - practically and probably criminal. But I don't support her complaints about the size and her fridge being on carpet, and having nowhere for her laundry to dry (or a tumble dryer!! Lady are you kidding me?!). Those complaints lessen the validity of her whole argument because you go "it's £340, from a HA, OF COURSE ITS SMALL" |
