That sucks. Sorry to hear that. In my last high rise (Lincoln) upstairs had laminate floors and noisy kids that ran around at 2am jumping onto the floor from a height over and over. Nightmare fuel. A good landlord or housing association would never put a family into something as small as this. As for the two dickheads all you can do is keep a diary of incidents and get the noise pollution team out to measure the decibals regularly. It's not good enough really we need zero tolerance on noisy techno cvnts. |
