Aye. Well more of a conversion of the roof space in the 70s-ish. Basically took the front room of one of the flats on the 3rd floor and made that in to a communal space with new stairs to get up to a "new" 4th floor with some extended window bits put on. Still have good ceiling height, thick walls etc that you'd expect from a tenement.
