Comment	I'm fairly sure it isn't that street, and I don't think it's likely to be Port Glasgow anyway. There were tenements on Glen Mill Way but no detached villa-type houses. https://maps.nls.uk/geo/explore/#zoom=16.56868241846467&lat=55.93489&lon=-4.69680&layers=168&b=1 The sun being behind the photographer, means the photographer must be facing northwards, roughly. So generally I don't think the upwards slope of the street fits with a location south of the Clyde (at least, not immediately next to the riverfront, where the slope would be downwards).
