Comment	I'd like to know the answer to that too - I've lived elsewhere with four bins: glass & metal, paper & cardboard, plastic (all sorts), everything else. If we do the initial sifting, why can't the council refine the sorting at bulk level? Genuine question, I'm not just having a moan.
