Comment	My parents stay in Edinburgh. The system is:- Grey bin - general waste. Green bin - dry recyclables Blue box - glass Food waste bin - food Brown bin - garden waste Picked up every 2 weeks. What is difficult about this? GCC is famously arrogant so no way will they copy it but their system is just so bad.
