Your a bit deluded if you think everyone who owns more than one property is crazy rich, maybe if you are a massive property tycoon type landlord. Mostly, it's a low to zero profit long term investment that could even be a disaster if prices crashed or interest rates went 70's style, then you get the tenants who trash the place, don't pay, etc, etc It might be rosy just now, but nothing lasts forever . . . |
