| Comment | You're comparing one of Western Europe's richest and sunniest cities to one of its poorest and rainiest. There are vast cultural, political and city planning differences that come with this. I'm not saying there aren't valid lessons to learn from our neighbours or that we shouldn't improve the city, but to assume it's this easy is incredibly naive, especially since all these observations are based on a week's holiday. |
