It certainly looks like the ‘Town’s Hospital’ to me. However, I read that the address of the Lunatic Asylum was 286 Parliamentary Road, which is just north of Buchanan bus station. Plus to me, it really does look like Speir’s Wharf in the top left, which would confirm the Glasgow Caledonian Uni location.
