I don't really get why 80% of respondents thought the main problem is the frequency of their domestic pick-ups. What does the frequency of your wheelie bin getting lifted have to do with some lazy fuck-stick dropping their Lucozade bottle on the street? The absolute priority should be to deal with the behavioural and cultural reasons that people do this.

Also, it's pretty staggering that this Colin guy, who himself says he is involved in marketing, doesn't think marketing is the solution. Yeah because the entire fucking industry's entire existence isn't to change people's behaviour. Seriously what is this cunt on about? Advertising absolutely would help, it's what the message is that's important.
