I think this is ridiculous to be honest. Every other city in Europe doesn't do this. Just put more fucking bins on the park. Loads of people in Glasgow don't have gardens so parks are the places they go when they want to relax, saw they are installing new cctv cameras too on the big hill. I'm not having a few young folk ruin the park for everybody else.
