Have lived next to the park for about 12 years and to be fair it's gotten way worse over time. The hill on a sunny day has always been a busy place but ever since a couple of videos of people dancing on the hill went viral 3/4 years ago it's become THE place for all the school age teenagers of greater Glasgow to congregate and it just turns into an absolute shit show. At times it's felt downright dangerous and I've seen young families having to dive out of the way of groups of bams knocking lumps out of each other. So I agree that the police/ council need to do something, also agree that the majority shouldn't be penalised and should be able to enjoy a drink in the park without having to constantly look over their shoulder. Making public drinking legal while having a visible police presence to stop things getting out of hand would probably be the most sensible option
