Does the entry work with big magnets that hold the door closed or is it the kind where buzzing people in unlocks the door catch in the frame?
For the latter the common issue is that the latch doesn't click into the strike plate consistently (the give away is that if you give the door an extra shove it will lock), a handyman with a drill could fix that.
If not the above, just ring a locksmith to ask if they can fix it and get a quote over the phone. |
