Live outside Falkirk. We have a pathway that goes between a neighborhood and a field. Took a walk there the other day. One TV, a washer+dryer and and office chair were scattered along it. Together with loads of bottles, cans and other litter. It’s no doubt in my mind that Scotland has a cultural problem with litter and trash.
