| Comment | Alot of people go to the parks because they don't have their own bit of outside space. If the council wants less crowded parks then they need to start building housing with gardens, balconies or even roof gardens! There have been 3 new residential developments near me and none of them even have a communal garden let alone their own! Its all car spaces and every window look into another, of course people are gonna head to the parks. |
