| Comment | The glossy panelling is wet wall. It has a gap between it and the wall and harbours mould.
If you are having full tile, I’d avoid trying to tile the floor and have a full wet room. Tenement floors are old and creaky and you will get leaks. Use a full shower tray.
Some of the prices quoted here are unbelievably cheap. Get someone who knows what they are doing and ask what they will do to ensure the shower won’t leak. |
