My partner thinks i’m weird because I always microwave my cereal/milk for 15-20 seconds BUT THAT’S EXACTLY WHY. My teeth are too sensitive for the cold milk. Dentist said you can run sensodyne type toothpaste directly on to your teeth and just leave it, for particularly bad bouts of sensitivity :)
