aye get it now, it's similar to the old schemes in the mid to late 90's when the new type housing assoiciations at the time were expermenting with back then. This was at the time the council's were really trying to get rid of their housing stock as reparis were becoming to costly for them while building new homes but not replacing council houses

This gave rise to the likes of GHA and Link Housing.

Good way for the governement to get some investment back i suppose, especialy if house prices don't bloddy stop rising due to the false economics of the Tory party. Interest rates being held low against inflation is what is doing it. Interest Rates should be about 6% under normal circumstances but the rich want to keep their investmwents in equity, more's the pity
