If I were you I would try I would make contingency plans for work tomorrow - you'll probably be ok, but there was no way I would have been able to go in the day after my jab, I was physically shaking with a fever. It was completely gone by the afternoon though.
(as I say most likely you'll be ok, just warning about the worst case)
