Joking aside he's very freaked out and I feel guilty because when he asked me what to do with it I encouraged him because a) he's perpetually single and b) I thought it might be sweet. I feel guilty for the mound of paranoia and anxiety he now has (he's a pretty paranoid person anyway...)
