| Comment | Glasgow’s rubbish problem is everywhere. We’ve reported several *blocks* worth of land covered in rubbish near us. Nothing has happened in 6 months and the local Thatcher worshipper was the only councillor that would help and even he can’t get them to do anything.
It took the council months followed by councillor intervention to clean up an overflowing recycling point.
And this is on the narrow focus of waste management. Interacting with the council in any form, even online or via the app, is so painful. The tech sucks, the people are apathetic, and those in charge look to bury their heads in the sand. |
