It's got the Bon Accord, what else do you need to know? :P

I lived there for 20 years and think it's one of the best areas in Glasgow. Lots of good bars and restaurants near by. It's close to the west end and close to town. It's quiet, reasonably high on the SMID indexes etc while still being relatively affordable.

I moved recently, but only 2 streets away as I wanted to stay in the same area.
