There’s a Holiday Inn Express and brand new (not yet opened) Premier Inn in Hamilton that are a 5-10 min walk from Hamilton Central. This station is on the line that services Glasgow City Centre and the Exhibition Centre. Trains every 15 mins and take 22 mins. I imagine it’ll be cheaper than City Centre.
