Comment	GCC: Use electric cars! They're expensive, but they're green and you can charge them around the city for free! Also GCC: Yeah they're now chargeable and you can only charge it for half an hour. Also also GCC: WHY WILL NOBODY USE ELECTRIC CARS!?!?!?! Bit like when they started charging for weekend parking then going WHY IS THE TOWN DYING FOR SHOPPING!!?!?
