Thank you. It does help when someone acknowledges it. I think what really helped was that the police caught him so quickly. They already had him in custody in connection with another crime. So we weren't left wondering the way some families are. The thing I'll never forget is the senior detective who stood up when I came into the room and told me he was sorry for my loss. That small gesture meant such a lot. |
