Got told yesterday my salary won't even be rising to meet inflation despite it being promised when I took the job. Company's stock has gone way up in the past year and the staff higher up the ladder all got a 2% pay rise and a Covid bonus I wasn't eligible for in my first year so its a bit of a kick in the teeth.
