What about BellaHouston park? There are a few play parks, a wee maze, an art/statue garden in the grounds of house of an art lover (takeaway coffees etc), a dry ski slope you could watch people on (if it’s open), a really good view from the top of the hill and it’s all tarmac!

I’m hesitant to suggest Pollok park because it’s always so so busy but there’s loads to do there. Pollok house is lovely to see and lots to explore in the grounds (maze, flowers, ponds etc). There are highlands cows, a small cute dairy Glen and then a good play park next to the Burrell collection with a coffee/burger van and even a good sized block of temporary public toilets. You can’t drive into the park at weekends anymore but I’m assuming that just means Saturday and Sunday.

Rouken Glen is good but I’m not sure you’ll be allowed to drive there from the north of Glasgow under current restrictions since it’s east Renfrewshire (you’d have to check) but there’s a massive play park there, ice cream van, toilets, duck pond, waterfall, lots of woodland trails (but they’re not overly Pram friendly), garden centre, skatepark. This park is almost never quiet so prepare for carnage.
