| Comment | That’s not exactly true. If someone complains, especially if it’s on private property - shop shutters for example, they DO look at the cctv and make an attempt to track them down. I used to have a shop, and it got heavy graffitied one weekend. The police got the cctv and found the guy because he lived in the hostel literally right around the corner. This was 6 years ago. Not sure if it’s changed. |
