| Comment | I’m guessing that not everyone is in a position to pick up loads of litter every time they see it. I doubt anyone is mapping a single discarded crisp packet. If you have wee kids with you and don’t have any hands free, or if you are disabled in some way and can’t bend to pick it up, old infirm people for similar reasons. Or maybe there’s a pile of crap and you can only dispose of so much of it at one time and you don’t think you’ll be returning to that spot again to get the rest. Plenty of reasons really. This app is something I’d use, I think. I’m forever seeing piles of broken glass and I don’t have anything on me that I could use to pick it up safely. I usually flag it up on my local council’s app. This is a good alternative. My town has a couple of volunteer litter picking groups that I’m sure would use this app. |
