Great neighbourhood, not a whole lot of nightlife except the Rum Shack so I expect you would be going to places in town and getting a taxi back. Great for cafes and brunch places if that interests you, and I've never seen teenage gangs running around. I love the old tenements with the big bay windows but maybe that's because I've been lucky with neighbours.
