Emojis are a great way of expressing intent when it might not be clear from the words. I'd really encourage you to study them to help you avoid wrongly picking up the meaning. In this case, as a counter point to the councils behaviour, I jokingly said I could do the same. Joking. See?

In that comment you implied that I can't complain about the collection being done in unsociable hours because it is their job to collect the rubbish. That is called a logical fallacy, since that is not the choice given. I clearly have no objection to rubbish being collected, I just object to it being done at an unsociable time. This isn't 'normal' or a part of city living.. this is them breaking their own policy.

Lastly, I'm concerned about the implications of your tone. I'm not sure if you were dropped on your head as a child - if so, i'm sorry for your predicament. If that isn't the case, you might consider why you take a comment like this so personally. Perhaps looking through https://www.healthline.com/health/aggressive-behavior#causes would help to see if your diet (e.g. high protein) is affecting you, or some other mental condition for which you can seek treatment.
