A friend of mine got his early as his pall is a GP who called and said it was being thrown away if not used. I believe this is happening with some GP's calling people when they have spare asking if they can get there that day.
I am not sure about hanging around outside the Hydro but there is 24 hour security down there so why not ask one of them. There may be some sort of unofficial stand by.
