Second that zone lettings are useless - our flat was an absolute dump when we moved in this Feb despite them claiming it had been professionally cleaned. Stained and moth eaten carpets, dirty kitchenware left in cupboards, rusted heaters. Been left to deal with the clean up ourselves and only just had pest control out to deal with the moths.
