| Comment | Second this. Fineholm are so shit it's almost impressive. It's like they've dragged some randoms in off the street in the morning to work for the day. I had to get a cosigner because I'm a student, fair enough, my dad got in touch and submitted all the documents they asked for. Even phoned to confirm. Then a week later, when he was on holiday, they emailed and said he hadn't send through one document they needed. I replied with their original list which didn't include the document, also they didn't tell my dad when he phoned. He had to get his neighbour to use a spare key and send a copy down. So that finally got sorted.
Then a few months later I got home and found a letter on my counter top in my kitchen saying they'd visited to check my property. Absolutely no notice. Doubled checked my emails, nothing. Emailed them and asked what the scope was as this is illegal, they were just like oh yeah we emailed you. I asked them to forward the email they'd sent me... Radio silence.
