I recently had to get a hold of my wife's criminal record for my ongoing immigration case- I had her fill out a Subject Access Request and scanned it and sent it to police scotland with copy of id/ proof of address. I imagine something similar exists for stuff like this? I would have a look around on the police scotland website and shoot them an email if you cant find the relevant form/application.. |
