| Comment | Sounds fair to me - we just paid £294 to have our gutters and downpipes cleared. We’re a block of 10, so 5 storeys high. We’re with Queens Cross Factors and they used Advanced Height Services. Queens Cross are part of a housing association, so seem not to rip us off in the same way a private factor would (cough* Hacking and Patterson).
Tell your neighbours to go on the roof and do it if they think it’s too dear. |
