| Comment | If you're looking for somewhere vibrant and with a bit of culture then I'd avoid EK to be honest. It's a bit of a culture vacuum quite frankly and it's really, really big, so if you are at the arse end of nowhere (Lindsayfield/Greenwhills/Whitehills/Mossneuk) and you don't have a car you're going to feel very isolated very quickly.
Lots of familys move there, and although it's not my thing, I see the attraction of getting a decent gaff at a reasonable price and if you've got a car then everything is accessible. But going by what you're saying, thats not the situation you're in therefore I'd have a look elsewhere If I were you. |
