Comment	Get on the blower to your councillors, attend your local community council and consider getting involved. It's the only way you'll effect change. Mailing the council just gets it added to a spreadsheet and used to generate some KPIs which are barely based on reality. And this reminds me, they're late (again) with our bins too.
