Go to an empty car park and practice finding the biting point of the clutch? Then find a few hills to practice on. This really is the only way and you'll keep stalling unless you practice. If you have a mate who is an experience driver, maybe get them to sit with you as you practice in case they can spot any mistakes? (No idea on COVID rules with this; masks on and windows open?)

If you do stall, here is a checklist:

1. Swear (this is important).
1. Footbrake.
1. Handbrake.
1. Neutral.
1. Swear again.
1. Clutch in, engine on, select first.
1. If anyone is behind you and impatient, swear at them (no hand gestures).
1. Grasp handbrake, add revs, _slowly_ release clutch.
1. At the biting point, add revs and release hand brake _slowly_, trying to keep the revs level (prolly around 2.5k rpm; depends on vehicle really)
1. Once moving, swear in jubliation!

All the best of luck. Stalling happens. Not a big deal. Breathe, get on with it.
