I wasn't there, he didn't say anything to me. I was just saying that if the person who was there wanted to report it they are well within their rights to do that and didn't need to heed that stupid "no grass" shite.
I never said people who weren't there should report him just that if the person who was there wanted to the didn't need to feel bad about it. The guy is a cancer in the community and an absolute scumbag so fuck him either way. I really don't see what you could possibly be struggling with here.
