I’ve had 4 failed visits since January for the same reason. Gave up last week and just got Virgin.
You need a specialist ‘working at heights team’ - the text you get confirming the booking is different to the normal one. The call centre are useless - they need to select a ‘special access team’ required box.
The 4th time they turned up with the wrong people last week they rearranged for the end of May for the special team. So no chance they’re coming out quickly
Only plus side is i’ve had free sky go and internet since January because of loss of service. Virgin seems alright so far..and cheaper |
