| Comment | when i set up my sky install, i told them i was the top flat and everything. guy came out and said i needed the special access team and technically he shouldn't have done the job for me but done it anyway. i think the phone teams will say about the outside installs at the moment due to covid procedures, but the engineers seem fine so long as you're keeping your distance and such for them to work. |
