| Comment | I don't think many MRIs are lying dormant, the Beatson is currently fundraising for a new one and there is constant waiting lists for scanning. That's all NHS which has nothing to do with council budgeting whatsoever.
I'd rather not die of cancer than have a cycle lane to be honest. MRIs are basic, they're crucial.
