I have gained 15 kg during the lockdown, so I am happy I can partly justify it by contributing to this thread.

* Broken clock - just off Kelvinbridge, very beautiful and tasty cakes
* Cotton take bakery - further up Great Western road, worth checking out, however, their bread is much better than their cakes, imho
* China court bakery - short walk from the Cowcaddens, they do Chinese cakes, highly recommend, however, it's a bit different from the traditional European baking and cash only at the moment.
* SLB - Victoria road, not strictly a place for complex delicates cakes but they do amazing sweet bakes
